Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a booking or order and obtain a refund. It is governed by the laws of Ukraine, including Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases on crashrendermal.com. Per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Article 6, we provide clear pre-contract information, including our legal name, address, and contact details.
2. Cancellation by You
You may cancel before fulfillment. Cancel within 14 days of purchase and before service delivery for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are subject to fees below. For services already rendered or digital goods already downloaded, cancellation is not possible.
3. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel if the service is unavailable, pricing is erroneous, or fraud is suspected. You will receive a full refund within 14 days.
4. Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Bank processing times may vary. Refunds may be reduced by fees clearly stated at purchase. No hidden fees apply.
5. Fees and Timelines
If you cancel after 14 days and before service delivery, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value may apply, as permitted by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. The exact fee is shown before you confirm.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Contact us first. If unresolved, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This does not affect your right to court.
