2. Tourism status and booking
We disclose tour operator status, licence data where applicable, and full tour terms before purchase under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'. Pre-contract information is complete; unfair terms do not apply, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. EU Package Travel Directive standards apply.
3. Price, cancellation, refunds and liability
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated. Cancellation fees apply as shown per tour. Refunds use the same payment method within 14 calendar days, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. We are liable for contracted travel services, not for force majeure events beyond our reasonable control; your statutory rights are not limited.
